1) Eligibility
- Minimum age: 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country).
- Use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules where you share links.
2) What ShrinkForge provides
ShrinkForge is a URL shortener and monetization platform. We store shortened URLs that redirect to external destinations. We do not host third-party content. Earnings are based on valid, non-fraudulent visits that pass anti-bot checks. Current payout information appears on Payout Rates and recent withdrawals are shown in Payment Proofs. 3) Your account
- You must keep your login credentials secure and are responsible for activity in your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information (including payout details) and keep it updated.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy breaches, fraud, or abuse.
4) Allowed traffic & content
You are responsible for your links and the destinations you send traffic to. The following are allowed when compliant with law and platform policies:
- Organic search, blogs, forums, communities, messaging apps, YouTube/Facebook groups, Pinterest/Reddit SEO.
- Clean destination pages with correct Open Graph tags (to improve previews/CTR).
Prohibited content and sources (non-exhaustive)
- Malware, phishing, scams, doxxing, unauthorized data collection, or privacy violations.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), exploitation, or any content that is illegal or promotes illegal activity.
- Adult/explicit content where prohibited by law or ad partners; bestiality; sexual violence; incest.
- Hate/terrorism/extremism; threats, self-harm promotion; weapons trafficking.
- Gambling, drugs, counterfeit goods, or regulated products where not permitted.
- Autosurf, PTC/faucets, forced clicks, misleading UI, iframe/sneaky redirects, clickjacking.
- Bot, proxy, VPN, data-center, incentivized or paid traffic; repeated/duplicate visits; traffic exchanges.

5) Earnings, reporting & payouts
- Earnings depend on GEO/device CPM, demand, ad visibility, and traffic quality. See live CPM by country.
- Only valid human visits that pass anti-fraud systems are payable. Invalid activity may be reversed.
- Payout methods, minimums, and schedules are listed in your dashboard and the FAQ. We support daily/weekly payouts for eligible accounts.
- We may request identity and compliance checks (KYC/AML) to process payments.
- Chargebacks, clawbacks, or partner adjustments may reduce reported earnings.
- You are responsible for taxes in your jurisdiction.
6) Acceptable use & anti-fraud
- Do not abuse ad systems, spoof referrers, rotate proxies, frame content deceptively, or automate clicks.
- Do not attempt to bypass our security or rate limits, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
- We may use automated systems to detect invalid activity and may withhold/suspend pending review.
7) Intellectual property
- You must have rights to the content you link to. Respect third-party copyrights and trademarks.
- Report infringements via DMCA & Abuse Reporting. We respond to valid notices.
8) Privacy
Data collection and use are described in our Privacy Policy (cookies, analytics, reCAPTCHA, retention, rights).
9) Suspension & termination
- We can suspend or terminate accounts or links that violate these Terms or applicable law.
- We may withhold or forfeit earnings derived from invalid activity or prohibited content.
10) Disclaimers
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
- We do not warrant continuous, error-free operation or specific earnings/CPMs.
11) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShrinkForge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, or data, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you earned on the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShrinkForge and its affiliates from claims arising from your links, content, traffic sources, or breach of these Terms.
13) Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will apply prospectively and be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
14) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law in our operating jurisdiction. Disputes will be handled in that venue, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer laws.
